Create Export Sets
The procedures explained in this section are used after you have completed preparation—whether you are:

Exporting case data/files,

Loading data directly into Concordance, or
-
Creating a production set
Getting Started
Begin defining an export set with the following steps:

Start ADDAutomated Digital Discovery and log in as an ADD administrator.

Choose ADD Review from the ADD main menu.

Select the case card for which the export (or production) job is to be run.

Click to open the ADD Review Case Administration page.

Click to access the Export set up page.

Click to create a new export.

Export Environment Notes
Members of the Super Admin group can set a default export environment by clicking Set System Default as shown in the following figure. This is appropriate if a single environment should be used for most export and production jobs.
In the following figure, the “eCap-1” environment has already been designated as the System Default (all users will see this designation), and a Super Administrator is preparing to select the “eCap-2” environment to be the default. The Set System Default command appears when an environment is highlighted.
Additional Export Set Functions
Search for an Export Set
To search for the desired export, enter the beginning characters of the export set name in the Search field. .
The export set to sets that match the enter characters display. To return the entire list of export sets, clear the search field.
Sort the Export Set List
To sort the export set list, do the following:
Click located next to the Search field and select a sort option: Name (default), Created Date, Created By, Modified Date, or Modified By.
Edit an Existing Export Set
To edit an existing export set, do the following:
- Select the export.
- Click .
- Edit the fields.
- Click when finished.
Copy an Existing Export Set
To copy an existing export set, do the following:
- Select the export.
- Click . The export sets page displays the contents of the copied export set.
- Edit the fields as needed.
- Click when finished.
